We believe that when all people are taught effective coping strategies, and are surrounded by a community of peers who believe in their power to change and grow, they can -- and will -- reach their full potential. And that's what LiveWell is all about.

And we really get it. Drawing on wisdom gained from our own lived experience of recovery and living well, we know firsthand that people feel better and flourish when they are surrounded by a community who believe in their unique stregnths and resilience.

Whether you join a FREE support group led by your peers with shared experience, take a workshop on a topic relevant to your own mental health, or talk with a LiveWell therapist, you'll benefit from our one-of-a-kind, skill-based behavioral health program and strength-based approach.

How livewell works

Not all support groups are created equal.

THE LIVEWELL PROGRAM brings together aspects of effective therapies with evidence-based wellness strategies into a one-of-a-kind holistic curriculum for the treatment and prevention of depression. Our guided support groups are led by trained, volunteer peer facilitators -- people from diverse backgrounds and professions with lived experience of depression, recovery, and living well -- and are strategically designed to teach people the skills they need to take control of their own depression treatment, relapse prevention, and ongoing mental health self-care.               use image of therpaies????  LiveWell Strategies????RESEARCH SHOWS that peer support and guided self-care and (e.g., the LiveWell Program) score better than psychotherapy for depression recovery, offering greater levels of self‐efficacy, empowerment, and engagement.  And that's good news for all of us!
