What you need to know before joining a group
All groups are FREE and confidential: no insurance, diagnosis or registration required.
The LiveWell Recovery Group is open to all people with a desire or willingness to stop addictive behaviors while simultaneously managing their depression. Utilizing the LiveWell Program curriculum, we emphasize a whole-person approach to recovery and staying well. But we know there are various paths to recovery, and we welcome diverse perspectives, traditions, and voices.
Groups are open to all people ages 19+. Teens can join an online group here.
Please respect our no observer policy. No family, friends, students, providers, etc.
Latecomers: We can guarantee entry for up to 15 minutes after start time.
All support groups are led by trained peer facilitators; and we do not provide clinical or medical advice.
We do not provide emergency mental health support. If you are in crisis or afraid of hurting yourself (or others), call 1-800-273-8255; text 'TALK' to 741741; or go to the nearest emergency room.
Thursdays at 7:00pm (US/EST)
Zoom meeting ID: 84341062189
Each 60-70 minute support group follows the same structure: a brief exploration of how one of the ten LiveWell Strategies can benefit our own daily mental health self-care, followed by a relevant group discussion or skill-building activity. Share weekly successes and challenges with supportive peers.
