  • Learn easy-to-do mindfulness-based techniques in a group of like-minded and supportive peers.

  • Get inspired to jumpstart and/or maintain your own weekly meditation or other mindfulness practice.

Know yourself!  For those in the midst of acute depression, the experience of meditation may sometimes
intensify symptoms.  Meditation practice is always there... so for today:  do what you can, when you can.
