No writing experience is necessary to participate in this experiential workshop led by the founder of the LiveWell Program. Discover how to use various writing techniques to quiet the internal self-critic, clarify thoughts and emotions, better monitor and manage moods, reduce anxiety, strengthen communication skills, and more.
