Note: This workshop is taught in two parts. Attendance at both sessions is recommended.

With easy-to-follow writing prompts and exercises, this two-part workshop is dedicated to exploring how writing can help clarify our thoughts and feelings, and support our personal growth.  No writing experience is necessary - just log on with something to write on or with, and an open mind!   (Note: participants will not be required to share writing aloud with the group.)

INSTRUCTOR:  In addition to creating the LiveWell Program® and serving as our foundation's Executive Director, Stefanie Glick is a playwright and Writing Coach.

INSTRUCTOR:  Jurian Hughes E-RYT 500, YACEP, MFA, is a senior faculty member at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA, where she has trained more than 1,000 yoga teachers. She is the founder of Yoga of Voice, Fifth Chakra Yoga, and Yoga of Yes, as well as a Let Your Yoga Dance® teacher trainer, voice coach, personal mentor, writer, and speaker known for her passionate, playful and engaging teaching style. Hughes leads classes and programs online, in-person and around the world.
