Join our diverse team of volunteer peer leaders and help us make a difference!
Trained to facilitate LiveWell support groups online or in their own community (Philadelphia), our volunteer peers with shared experience of depression, recovery, and living well are dedicated to the LiveWell mission of bringing free and effective depression support to all.
They also know the value that living with a purpose has on their own mental health. In fact, helping others has proven therapeutic value, and is shown to help reduce symptoms and relapses of depression, and increase wellbeing.
