David works in tech and spends his free time learning how to adult.

Estefania is a Social Worker & Partnerships Liaison at Speaks 2 Inspire. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for mental health conversations and advocating for accessiblility.

Originally from Rochester, NY, J. has experience in teaching, peer counseling, and community volunteer work.

Judy is a professor emeritus with expertise in psychology and gerontology from Philadelphia who helps lead the Seniors support group.

Linda is a pediatrician in New York and works with trainees on resiliency and wellness. She facilitates the physician group.

Nikki lives in Lexington., KY. She loves traveling, reading historical and science fiction, and hearing new stories from old friends.

Rick is an administrator and teacher in Special Education and an advocate for mental wellness.

Saji is a current facilitator of the online LiveWell Teens support group.

Stefanie created the LiveWell Program®, and now trains her peers to help make a difference.

Alex is a physician and aspiring artist who lives outside of Philadelphia. He loves puns and sunny days.

Ben helps to facilitate the LiveWell Recovery support group. He is also our Program Coordinator and Peer Mentor.

Clancy is an educator and visual artist whose work has been shown across the U.S. He is also the co-creator of the LiveWell Teens Program. 

Eli is a retired IT professional with a special interest in positively impacting the lives of others.

Helena is a translator and counselor who enjoys nature, bookclubs and crafts.

Janine (she/her) is a singer-songwriting Londoner (currently residing in S.E. Asia) who is passionate about self-development, personal growth education, and wellness.

Karina is a Social Worker and a LiveWell therapist.

Michael is  a surgeon and mental health advocate for physicians and all people aiming to live a healthy life. 

Olivia (she/her) is a psychology student and yoga instructor. Her passions include making music, water-based activities, and spreading the word about LiveWell!

Rob (he/him) is a Relationship Coach who uses Nonviolent Communication to support couples in co-creating fulfilling relationships. LiveWell contributes to his own wellness.

Sarah brings her education, professional, and personal experiences to LiveWell. She is passionate about her recovery and breaking the mental health stigma.

Sweeny is a social worker passionate about serving her community and hiking. And thanks to her translation expertise, LiveWell Español was born!

Alvina is a Logistician by trade and mom to a spoiled puppy and several plants.

Beth is an "outside of the box" pediatrician who helps lead the LiveWell Physicians support groups.

Cookie is a 40+ year veteran TV producer and current freelance writer. She loves Baroque and jazz music; reads everything, and is grateful for LiveWell because it changed her life!

Isaac is a coach and professional figure skater who performs internationally.

Joanne is passionate about helping others and sharing her story.  She is a hospital volunteer and has served on the LW Board of Directors.

Bruce is a retired anesthesiologist who believes the stigma surrounding mental health must be fought on all fronts.

Emily is a senior business analyst working in Medicare. She is dedicated to using her own lived experience to help others move toward mental wellness.

Jason is small business owner in the Philadelphia suburbs. He has a passion for fitness and wellness - both physical and mental.

Jodi is an accountant with a passion for traveling and adventure.

Laurie came to LiveWell through yoga and is grateful for the opportunity to give back as a co-facilitator of the Seniors Support Group.

An artist and graphic designer from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, not only does Juan Carlos help facilitate the LiveWell Español group, but he also helped to create/translate it!

Purple is a student who wants to help break mental health stigma and has hopes of becoming a Neuropsychologist.
