Columbian-born fine artist Dairo Vargas often uses his work to champion mental health awareness across the globe; and you can see some of his high-profile projects at The Art Listens. His paintings draw influence from the Renaissance and Baroque periods to cast a connection with our behaviour in modern society. A resident of the U.K., Dairo's work was recently a part of the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition in London.

Drawing from her experience as a Colombian-American, Lina Puerta’s mixed media art examines the relationship between nature and the human-made, and engages in themes of food justice, xenophobia, hyper-consumerism, and ancestral knowledge. The solo exhibition ‘Lina Puerta: Accumulated Wisdom’ is currently on view at the New York Botanical Gardens.

Javier Garcia Barrera is a proudly self-taught painter whose landscapes, street scenes, and portraiture have been shown in international galleries. A third-generation resident of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, Javier transfers his pride and passion for his community onto canvas, paper, and other materials.
