Teachers. Physicians. Artists. Lawyers. Your barista. Your company's CEO. We are a diverse group of people with lived experience of depression, recovery, and living well who are trained to facilitate LiveWell support groups in our own communities and online. 


We volunteer not only because we know 'giving back' has a positive impact on our own mental health, but also because we are dedicated to the LiveWell mission that all people should have equal access to free and effective depression support.

Behavorial health and psychoeducation at its most innovative and effective, the LiveWell Program© is strategically designed to empower people to help themselves - teaching the skills and wellness-based strategies people need to reduce symptoms and relapses of depression, and to increase their own well-being.


Guided self-care is evidence-based practice, and is proven to be as effective as psychotherapy for the longterm treatment of depression.
