Our Mission

The LiveWell Foundation’s mission is to create a healthier and more equitable society by putting free and effective depression support, education and prevention into the hands of people themselves.

Empowerment thru Education

Not all peer support is created equal. Our unique Guided Self-Care curriculum combines peer support with high-quality,  psychoeducation.ā€‹

Spearheaded by outside academics, we conduct an annual evaluation of all LiveWell programs to share with our constituents.

A Volunteer-Run Community Program

All LiveWell support groups are lead by trained volunteer peers from diverse backgrounds and professions.

We volunteer because we believe in the mission that all people living with depression should have access to the free and effective support they need to live well!
